This morning I woke up around 10:30…which was a bit late since my alarm was set for 7:30. But that’s okay, because I didn’t have any real reason to be up. So anyways, I drank my keto coffee, watched an episode of The West Wing and talked myself into going to the gym (2nd day in a row!!) I ran 2.5 miles on the treadmill and felt so good and sweaty afterwards, that I’ve committed to doing it every morning! That sounds like a joke, if you know me well, but I’m actually being serious!
